Announcement of Regulated Information Pursuant to L. 3556/2007

The Company ALPHA TRUST- ANDROMEDA S.A. («the Issuer»), pursuant to article 14 of law 3556/2007 and following the notification received on 7/2/19 from the shareholders Dometiou Georgia, Hatzidaki Mihail, Hatzidaki Aggeliki and Hatzidaki Vasiliki, joint holders of the Joint Investor Share Account DOMETIOU GEORGIA, announces that due to an event changing the breakdown of voting rights, there have been changes in the limits of the Company’s voting rights, provided for under par. 1, article 9 of Law 3556/2007. Specifically the above mentioned shareholders notified that on 6/2/2019 they held a total of 20,660 shares of the Issuer corresponding to a percentage of 5.150% of the share capital and the voting rights, compared to 4.947% held before the change.
