Announcement of ex- dividend date / payment of dividend for the Year 2021

Alpha Trust Andromeda S.A. announces that the General Meeting as of 03.05.2022 approved the distribution, of a dividend of a total amount of €802,272, namely €0.50 per share, €401,136 of which, namely €0.25 per share, has already been distributed to the shareholders as interim dividend by the decisions of the Board of Directors of the Company dated 29.07.2021 and 03.11.2021. The remaining amount of €0.25 is increased by the amount which corresponds to the 35.924 own shares held by the Company which are not entitled to a dividend and thus the final amount of the dividend is € 0,2557254147 per share.
Pursuant to article 46 of Law 4172/2013, there is no withholding tax.

The ex-dividend date is 23/05/2022.

The beneficiaries of the dividend are the Company’s shareholders who shall be registered in the records of the Dematerialized Securities System or any person identified as such based on the relevant date through registered intermediaries or other intermediaries, in line with the legislative provisions (L. 4548/2018, L. 4569/2018, L. 4706/2020 and Regulation (ΕU) 2018/1212), on 24/05/2022 (record date).

Payment shall begin on 30/05/2022 and it shall be done through PIRAEUS BANK.
