FINANCIAL RESULTS 2021
ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA S.A. marks net profit of €3.11 million for the year ended 31 December 2021, based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
The Company’s key figures for FY 2021 were:
The Company’s gross income amounted to €4.71 million, vs €1.73 million for the same period last year. Gross income mostly reflects profits from valuation of securities at fair value based on IFRS and profits from sales and purchases.
Earnings before tax amounted to €3.13 million vs €889 thousand for the same period last year.
Earnings after tax amounted to €€3.11 million vs €878 thousand for the same period last year.
The Company’s portfolio increased by 24.75% in FY 2021, with its Net Asset Value (N.A.V.) amounting to €15.10 million or €9.4116 per share as at 31/12/2021.
At the end of FY 2021, the Company’s portfolio was wholly invested in Greece, 86.91% in ATHEX listed shares and 1.98% in bonds.
The BoD of the Company made the following decisions:
- To constitute an ESG Committee and proceed to the appointment of its members.
- To suggest to the General Meeting a dividend distribution of €802,272 or 0.50 per share, including the interim dividends that have already been distributed. Therefore, the additional amount to be distributed is €401,136 or €0.25 per share
The shares of ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA S.A., with a closing price of €6.90 on 29/03/2022, were being traded on ATHEX at a discount rate of -23.07%.
